I had an amazing time at a recent wedding, photographing for Jasmine and Rob. These crazy in love kids flew all the way from Calgary, Canada to say "I Do," and I felt absolutely honored to be part of their special day. Jasmine and Rob love to travel together. A few years ago, they decided to take a trip to NYC only to unexpectedly come during the same time as Hurricane Sandy. This did not stop them from having fun, however, and they did what they could and loved absolutely every minute of being in the great city of New York. Fast forward a few years, and following a proposal in Thailand, they decided to return to one of their all time favorite cities - NYC! - to elope! Just the two of them! Jasmine and Rob are some of the most laid back people I have ever met, and were absolutely down for anything. I followed them from their hotel in Midtown to Central Park for the ceremony, and then spent the next couple of hours leisurely strolling around different spots in the park and in the city. All they wanted to do was enjoy themselves, revel in the merriment of being married, and have me photograph them laughing, in love, and having the time of their lives. So that's exactly what I tried to capture for them. And here are some of my favorite photos!
