+ Megan & Timothy: City Hall wedding in style

wedding date: April 17, 2014

Megan and Timothy were a delight to work with. They were warm and laid back, and approached everything with a sense of humor. These two met more than ten years ago through friends - at a wedding! It's been one big adventure and one long journey (literally) as they've moved from the West to the East Coast, and tackled all sorts of experiences during the years they've been together. Now, after settling in the great city of New York, they have finally decided to make it super official with a non-traditional, low-key, yet stylish City Hall wedding. East meets West as close family and friends traveled to witness the special day. Megan showed up in a gorgeous vintage looking lace dress and hat, and added some modern touches and clean lines to her outfit. Timothy wore a purple tie to match Megan's contemporary-styled bouquet of ivory flowers accented with purple and black calla lilies. Despite the long wait, and the ever-confusing, anxiety-causing "Now Serving" monitors, Megan and Timothy were laughing and joking the entire time. And after a short but sweet ceremony,  complete with tears and hugs, they were ready to kick back and relax -- but not before I got to whisk them away to grab some shots amidst a marble courtyard and blooming pink magnolia trees! And just to get a better idea of these goofballs, Timothy and Megan wanted to complete the photo shoot with an epic Top Gun style high five.

Check out some photos from their beautiful day...
